Built to perfectly match the style of the original riverfront home, this ADU’s approachable scale and period finishes belie the amount of modern, functional space within. Able to house eight cars, the double door garage supports 1500 square feet upstairs that includes two master suites, each with their own entrance. These suites bookend a shared living space and expansive rooftop deck overlooking the grounds. Clad in hand-applied stucco, real cedar shakes and wood trim and trellis, it’s difficult to imagine that this building is brand new.
